“Excellent room and amenities”
The hotel is well located. The room is cleaned and nicely presented, equipping with a good amount of amenities. The staffs were friendly and the check in and beck out processes were effective.

“Great Hotel”
It was a comfortable and new hotel. Walking distance to several great shopping points and restaurants. The room is quite spacious with nice ambiance. However the TV/Movie system was not so user friendly. Its so difficult even to watch free TV. Or probably there is no free TV ?

“New, modern hotel but very average service level”
No recognition as Platinum member during whole stay, not even received a welcome drink etc., park Garage very narrow and Special, Rooms ok, but just all in Chinese (aircon, TV etc.), will stay at Novotel SIP again next time.

“Stay at Mercure Suzhou”
Was a little surprise on the setting on the hotel floor....too dull or rather dark. Most unforgettable was the breakfast area, service and how they clean up after customers left. It just give the feeling that I am in a true Chinese own hotel. No offence...just my sincere feeling.
