“Tianping Hotel Mudu Town - Just what I needed.”
On arrival at the Tianping Hotel I was not sure what to expect. But from the greeting at the main door to the reception desk then the room all was good. My stay was enjoyable and I will return. The surrounding area is unique in as much as the pleasant wide streets and the ease to get from the hotel… more

“Comfy rooms but some issues”
Clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, helpful and efficient reception, excellent laundry , good value But breakfast options very limited for western palates, location miles and miles out of Suzhou proper, and some very questionable (and distinctly Chinese ) shortcomings, eg toenail clippings … more

“Needs refurbishment badly”
Very bad standarts in this hotel are applied. Carpets are old and dirty everywhere, torn blinds in the room, dirty windows everywhere, table cloths in hotel's restaurants are stained and dirty, they just don't clean it! It was disgusting to stay there!
