“A luxury experience”
Amazing value for this hotel. We loved our stay as the staff were above and beyond. The service is was amazing and everyone tried their best to help me. Whenever we called for a taxi, it shows up within minutes and the staff would have me sit in the lobby while they waited at the door for its arriv… more

“Luxury hotel”
Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very nice breakfast with SuZhou wontons made with pork and shepherds purse (classic filling). Has own pool and with access to the larger pool at the crowne plaza next door. Would recommend!

“Great stay”
Great hotel mixing traditional and contemporary architecture on sprawling grounds. Helpful and available staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, great food. I was happy to see the hotel was busy with both Western and Chinese guests, visiting the Suzhou landmarks or on business. I'd stay here again.
