“Very spacious nice hotel”

Visited for a business trip. VERY spacious rooms. Conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping. Staff very helpful. Provides a power adapted (which I forgot). Very well priced. ~ 80 USD. Will stay again.

Visited here for 3 nights as a Business trip and have to say on the whole I like it. Impressive lobby and efficient check in. Had a room on 26th floor and I loved the views from there. Rooms faultless to be honest and had everything you would want. Separate lounge was great on a business trip to have colleagues in the room and the bed was great. Nice power shower too though the water did like to go in all directions. Breakfast included in my rate and was Id have to say hit or miss. Yes you can get fresh eggs, and some of the chinese noodles were nice enough, but toast, cereal was a bit random. Bread was always hard and cereal was dry as if its just there on show with not many takers. Not an issue but a glass container with a lid may have prevented this. Business centre in the hotel I used to book a ticket on train to Shanghai and it did seem a bit involved to get the right ticket. Was delivered to room end of the day so thanks for that. Location for our purpose was good, though there is a "wealth" of construction going on in all directions outside the hotel. easy walking distance to the metro and I have to say in the free time I had here I put some miles in walking and metro! Had a drink in bar next door which was expensive, and had a few in the Japanese street which has its own unique style of clientele shall we say. All in all I liked it and would return if I go to Suzhou again. If you want restaurants on your doorstep it may not be the best location but 15 min walk to the station, avoiding the scooters, and you can go anywhere in Suzhou on the extremely cheap, clean and effective MEtro system (even Tongli)

“Comfortable”

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choice. Most staff I spoke to had very good English. Only stayed for one night but would recommend for a business trip stay.

The hotel is simply beautiful and the rooms are well decorated with all needed furniture; ironing station, automatic curtains, mini bar,... Really appreciated the efficient team working there and their fast reactions. Most of them speak very good English which is very convenient. 2 negative point… more

The hotel is simply beautiful and the rooms are well decorated with all needed furniture; ironing station, automatic curtains, mini bar,... Really appreciated the efficient team working there and their fast reactions. Most of them speak very good English which is very convenient. 2 negative points; - if you have a room over then Main Street, the isolation is not so good and it can get pretty noisy in the night. - the curtains let the sunlight get into the room and it is hard to sleep after sunset However, a very nice and convenient hotel

“More than wealthy”

Nice hotel, nice bar and very nice experience as a guest. 4 stars hotel with apartment rooms close to 5 stars. Nice for bussiness, it's in the middle of everything. I guess it's better for holidays. And rates are allways very affordable. Highly recommended if you go to Suzhou.
