“Excellent clean hotel friendly staff”
Lovely hotel , friendly staff who spoke good English. We have been before and they maintain the high standards. Buffet breakfast was good value. “Look See”
First time stay in China and the hotel was great. Centrally located and accessible to most amenities. Room was very spacious with a view overlooking the hills. Staff and service was great. Hotel amenities were excellent.

“It's Kempinski”! Old school 1st class Hotel. Excellent service from start to end. Personell is very kind and eager to help, rooms are really clean, breakfast is rich and tasty. The Bavarian restaurant has live music and good food. Any time again!

Good and friendly staff. Specially inrestuarant. Good place to stay . Every thing is complete in the rooms but: Black tea is just one per day Aircondition system is not controleed per room.
