“Excelent location and well priced”
The hotel is Well priced and in an excelent position in the city - close to many of the fascinating places. Service was very good - helpful and prompt and the breakfast was fine. Bed comfort was good too

Good central location but that is about it! Staff on reception quite rude! Arrived at 4pm and told our room wasnt ready - even though check in states 2pm. Staff talking in Chinese about us behind the reception and laughing and smirking! Breakfast dreadful. Room not very clean and a view of the bin… more

“Older hotel but you're right in the city centre”
This is an older hotel, and the wear and tear is clearly visible especially in the bathroom. It is also substantially smaller than their brand's other newer hotels I've tried in Yinchuan and Lanzhou just before arriving in Xian.
