Very clean, high rise with good city views, no bar however, alcohol is served in the restaurant, Recommend hotel evening buffet that includes alcohol, restaurant staff very attentive. Good breakfast with a variety suitable to the european palate

I chose this hotel because it is very close to the main railway station, NOTE, not the high speed station. It is a nice comfortable hotel with a friendly staff who speak English. The room was really nice. The hotel also organised an excellent driver to take me to see the Terracotta Warriors, who drove me to the high speed railway station after my visit. The hotel is also located close to the metro system, which is pretty easy to use and can take you to all the interesting places in town. If I were to stay in Xi'an again I would probably try and find a place close to the Bell Tower. I chose this hotel because it was my first time in China and I was taking the night train from Beijing and wanted a hotel within close walking distance to the station. It worked out perfectly. Bottom line, I have no problem recommending this hotel, the breakfast is also really good. I would happily stay here again if I needed to be in this location.

The hotel is located across the road from a shopping center with Walmart, KFC and other food outlets. Large comfy rooms, clean, very little English spoken by the staff including the reception staff. Everything takes so long, changing Sterling into Yuan, each serial number on each English note had to be written down and accounted for. Food her is not great, limited variety. We decided to have the evening buffet and informed the staff that I was vegetarian and would there be enough choice for me, I was told it was ok. Paid my £15 and all I could eat was the fruit salad, even the other salad had meat in it. Felt very ripped off as I had purposely asked about the food options for me. Would not return to this hotel if I was in the area again, find another one

“Very Comfortable Place”

We arrived early morning by train from Beijing, and although check in was later we were served hot breakfast. Staff was efficient, rooms clean and sizeable and even changing USD into RMB was not the usual paperwork like in banks.

“Building works next to the hotel all night!!”

Had to move rooms at 4.00am due to construction work around the hotel. Not impressed particularly as the hotel knew about the issue. Great front entrance to the hotel and very helpful staff.
