I’m not sure I’d refer to a hotel over 10 floors as boutique. The hotel is extremely comfortable and the rooms spacious and well maintained. “Lovely time at Eastern House”
We stayed in Eastern House for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. It's walking distance from the Muslim Quarter and is quiet, very comfortable, clean and with very friendly staff. The breakfast was also excellent. There's a nearby Starbucks and Luckin Coffee if you need more coffee/ black tea.

“Central located hotel”
good hotel in central Xi'an, no English at the reception, rooms ok, but not the newest, but acceptable breakfast not very western No airconditioning until may !!
