“Home away from home”
Unprecedented level of service, warm and friendly staff. Wider variety of breakfast choices, lounge also offers good selections of food. Received an upgrade to a suite room as a Hyatt Globalist, room was clean and all the amenities were replenished everyday. Will absolutely stay here again next… more

“Happy stay in Hyatt Jinan”
Allen Dong and other staff did an excellent job. We are happy to stay in this hotel. Staff are professional and help us to solve the one day early checkout problem (as we use points to redeem free night). Overall we recommend stay in this hotel.

“Guests need to be able to control their own room temperatures.”
On February 12, 2026, I checked into the Hyatt in Jinan, China for rest. Upon entering the room, I noted the room temperature was consistently warm at approximately 25°C despite outside ambient temperatures being near 5°C.
