It does look at western standards of good hotels, such as the availability of day services for laundry... actually even laundry services altogether, which can be a rare service in top Chinese hotels. “Bad service”
I left and canceled my reservation at check in service was very bad. Big line at check in and i wasn’t recognized as a diamond member
