部屋は広く、清潔。朝食も充実。フロントは日本語対応していただき、部屋のアップグレードもしたいただきました。朝食の食堂も清潔でスタッフも親切でした。Very comfortable and clean room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

“Location, location, location”
My daughter lives in the French Concession area and recommended this hotel. The huge and upmarket IAPM mall is across the road including a supermarket. A cheap food court is next door and so is the Metro station. The hotel can exchange your foreign money at an ok rate. Rooms are large and quiet. … more

“Convenient location and comfortable hotel”
I was in Shanghai on a working trip for 3 nights just last week. It is my second time staying at the hotel. “Rude Front Desk People”
It could have been 4 star if not for the unfriendly and rude front desk people. Unfortunately, several of them not just 1 person. Location cannot be beat for the price. Rooms are dated and dark. Free wifi.
