“Zen stay”
We stayed as a family of 4 in this beautiful hotel in a superb location in the ancient town. Our rooms were lovely and over the courtyard from each other. À la carte breakfast was quick and tasty and the staff couldn’t be nicer with great English. The whole place is very relaxing.

This is a beautifully designed and very-well managed boutique hotel in the ancient city of Pingyao. The staff arranged for a car to pick us up from the high speed railway station and take us as close as you can get to the hotel (it is in the pedestrian part of the city) and then they took our bags… more

“Boutique hotel combing the best of old and new”
This was a fabulous hotel in a traditional building with the rooms set around various internal courtyards. “A unique and exceptional place to stay.”
Such an excellent place to stay. A boutique hotel at its best. Authentic but modern with very comfortable rooms. It is very quiet slightly off the main area but within very easy walking distance. The staff were quite exceptional; polite, efficient and very helpful.

“Jing’s ResidenceAo”
I stayed at Jing’s Residence many years ago when it first open. The hotel is located in a wonderfully renovated classic old PingYao courtyard home. The design is quite tasteful. Also, the food is really excellent.
