“Lovely experience”
Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and with the most helpful staff we encountered whilst touring China. We also had a couple massage in the spa. We travel quite a bit and have had massages in many different countries but this one was The Best we have ever experienced.

“Nice, clean hotel”
Stayed here on a group tour holiday, a lovely clean hotel, there is a bar in the lobby, a shop, a gym, games rooms and also a pool. We didn’t use the facilities much. “Nice hotel, not too far from Chengdu downtown ”
A big hotel, just about 20 Km from Chengdu downtown. It's decorated in modern style that looks great. The room's size is just proper, not too big or too small. Clean. The breakfast is good and international.

“Lovely room, but cold around the hotel”
It’s a strange place this. The hotel is very grand, with a huge lobby, large bar area and restaurant, plus a nicely sized bedroom and bathroom. The major problem for us, visiting in November, is they don’t put the heating on anywhere and there are few English speaking staff, so lots of finger point… more

“Need To Get Your Aircon sorted ”
Lovely Hotel Shame Customer Service Not Great Asked For Someone To Fix Aircon which Was just Blowing warm Air round the room No one Came To Repair Faulty System So Three very warm nights .And I was not the only client with this problem in the hotel
