“Beautiful hotel”
Beautiful hotel with chandeliers in the huge rooms. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Unfortunately there was no option for cooling, just heating and fan, so the room can be quite hot at night. Plenty of water is supplied. Minibar is free. The waterpark was under renovation at this time, however… more

“Service above and beyond”
We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Then we had to head to Jiuzhaigou for 4 days before coming back to stay for 1 night. The service staff, particularly Annie Huang, was amazing! She not only helped us arrange for the concierge to keep our luggage so we don't have to lug all our luggages to Jiu… more

礼宾部的蒋文科非常nice，我们第一次来成都，第一次住IHG的环球中心洲际酒店，晚上要赶飞机但是不知道怎么走，蒋文科带我们找到了机场大半帮我们很大地解决了时间问题，非常专业和礼貌，还帮我们照顾行李。让我们对IHG的服务更加满意，非常棒的体验～五星好评！it was a wonderful and amazing trip in Chengdu. Look forward to visiting again soon!

“Great big hotel with resort like facilities ”
