“A wonderful stay”
I spent three nights at Shangri-La Chengdu and had a great experience since the time of my check in. Nancy Lan (兰达琼), the duty manager, was very helpful and kind. “Great location”
1. Hotel staff service was generally good. 2. Hotel gym still operates only until 11pm despite it being a 5 star hotel 3. Location is great and easy to travel to Taiko-li 4. The room was large, the location was ideal and the facilities like the gym and the pool were the highlight but the service quality was mixed. Not sure how a 5* hotel has no tonic water. Large groups of overseas visitors and a very poor selection of drinks available in the bar.
