“Good 4* hotel”
We changed to this hotel and were very satisfied. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Also effective clinic in the hotel for treating altitude sickness. Some reception staff speaks english

“A surprise place in a distant city”
The Four points by Sheraton in Lhasa - Tibet where check in was smooth with English speaking receptionist. Room was large, well organised with all modern amenities. “Good location and service, not Sheraton quality ”
Given the limited availability of high quality services (hotels and restaurants) in Lhasa, the Sheraton is ok for a few nights. The staff is very responsive and helpful.
