If you are looking for an outstanding 5 -star experience, you will be disappointed. Yes, the hotel is older, and in need of refurbishment. “Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Staff”
Stayed for 3 nights while touring in Lhasa. The room was large and comfortable with lots of storage. The staff was very helpful and some were fluent in English. There were very large buffets and other restaurants/bars.

“Superb stay and aervice”
One of the oldest and busiest 5 star hotels. Well organised friendly and large rooms . All equipped with oxygen concentrator and humidifiers. Food and buffet are great.
