Kai Wah Plaza International Hotel was an excellent place to stay in Kunming, and its location is one of its biggest strengths. “Pleasant stay”
Location is perfect if you want to be beat by the train station . 5 min walk although in a quiet area. We got a room in high floor with an amazing view over the city . Breakfast is among the best hotel breakfast , service is good. The pool area looks cosy but it was cold , it is a pity .

“Very nice hotel”
The Hotel is modern and clean rooms are very good breakfast is also good but the location is a little far from the city centre so difficult to find restaurants et cetera close by Which is the only drawback.

We booked a standard room at around 60 US without breakfast. The room’s located in 23rd floor and spotless clean. The hotel is close to Kunming Railway station about 10min walk.
