“Great hotel with excellent service”
My Daughter stayed over for 2 nights with her swim team. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the waffle station was amazing. “Multiple stays for business”
Oliver has been a very helpful manager. Hotel breakfast has a good spread, and the staff are helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and spacious

“Ok place in newer town area.”
Across the river from West Lake which is about 2 km away. Pro: Newer property that is well maintained and located near shops and restaurants. Rooms are good sized with high ceiling. Lobby is very clean and well managed. Elevators are fast. Room temperature is a bit warm so rated one star low… more

““Sorry, no English””
Rooms are partly refurbished, those are fine, the rest just ok. If you don’t speak Chinese, then you have to look for Bruce! Hard worker guy that struggle the absence of a second language in the rest of the staff, everyone try always to be kind and available but: “sorry no English”! Food was Good.

Stayed here for a 2 day business trip and arrived late, after 10PM. I was disappointed by the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
