“Great massage”
In the basement of Merchant Marco is where you can get a massage. My friend and I got a traditional Chinese massage for really cheap and it really helped with the fatigue from our trip and all the walking we had been doing. Very nice hotel!

“Great Location”
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Great location and nice basic rooms. Good value for money. Within easy walking distance from West Lake and main shopping areas. Many restaurants very close by. Rooms well equipped. Breakfast reasonable, offering both Western and Chinese foods.

“modern”
Were just for a short stay, but the hotel looks nice, our room was small but modern. Had a bathroom with separate and beautiful shower and bathtub. Breakfast room is big. We could pick between a nice choice of western and Chinese food and fresh juices. I would stay again there.

A great location, being only five minutes walk from West Lake. The room was on the small side but clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was great. “Middle class hotel”
The hotel is in the heart of Hangzhou and just 10 walk minutes away from the famous west lake. I can recommend this hotel as a middle class hotel.
