“Loved this hotel”
Stayed for one night with husband and son and got a mini suite! It's the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had two toilets! “1 night and 1 day in Hangzhou”
This is the perfect place to visit the West Lake and all of its surroundings. Room are Ok & staff is helpful. The price is reasonable but the gym clearly need a little refresh to meet our expectations.

“Nice Hotel”
Despite my room was devoid of any window, room was quite comfortable and clean Staff is a disaster, as most chinese hotels. Breakfast is poor However still can advise it as a good option in Hangzhou. Location is also not bad for tourism, but I guess north lake is not reachable by walk, I didn't try.
