“Awesome views”
Location is perfect, go outside hotel - there is huge bbq restaurant with delicious food, go right and there is the bars district. Room is very nice and clean, but everything is a bit old. Managed to score a good deal with Agoda. They accept foreigners, which is very important!

“Wonderful location but not kept up”
We had a room on the 17th floor with a view that was past amazing! We received a two level upgrade. The room was lovely and the location was absolutely perfect - right above the confluence of the rivers. But disappointingly, the cleanliness did not measure up to the original quality of the hotel.

“Excellent location”
Our room was on the 16th floor and had great views of the city and river. It's conveniently located right next to Laoweitan, the "foreign" area of Ningbo. Most bars and restaurants are located here. “Location....but not much more”
I was in the Golden Port Ningbo for 5 nights for business. We got it as a recommended hotel from our agency. Well I am not be thanking them soon. The hotel must have been a great experience 20 years ago, but lack of maintenance has shown its marks. Old walls, carpets, damaged and not repaired ame… more
