“Good location, clean environment and good price”
I got a super good deal at Ctrip at CNY699 for the family Suite included 2 breakfast, place is new, clean, service is good. location is great, close to shops, malls. buffet breakfast is good, lots of selection. they do not have lunch buffet. Dinner buffet was soso, but cant complain much.

“Breakfasts in pyjamas and bathrobes”
Some guests were allowed to have their breakfast in their pyjamas and bathrobes. This is unacceptable. Novotel group must look into this matter. “Breakfast is the same for weeks”
The breakfast is the same everyday. Literally the same. The chef seems not to think nor get bored with the same menu? I stayed for 6 weeks. I skipped breakfast most of the time coz its not worth it. The rooms are okay nice location. Staff and service are okay
