“Best Hospitality”
The staff at this Sheraton went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. The food in the club lounge is excellent!

“Spotless Rooms, Excellent Customer Service”
Super clean rooms and great service at reception [thanks, Melu Liu!]. The hotel has a swimming pool and well-equipped gym. Although the process for ordering evening meals was rather eccentric, breakfast was delicious - wide selection of local and international dishes and really good coffee!

Although this hotel has launched for a decade, furniture is old, service is always wonderful even I'm kinda picky. “Very nice hotel”
Very nice rooms. Usual 5 star china hotel with big beautiful room and bathroom. Seems new and good service. They dont really understand english but can use translating app or google translator. They do understand the word taxi, ok, no.
