We arrived in the afternoon and found the guy sat in his little cupboard. he gave us a key to each appartment and upon asking gave us his only other key to each appartment. “Not bad at all. The name is actually Hotel Residence La Fenice!!!”
We had booked a standard double room (with one big bed) which had a/c, safe as standard. However when we checked in around 8pm we were given a room that was below standard.
