“Concert stay”

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while attending Dua Lipa’s concert at the O2 Arena. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, clean and well-equipped. The delicious breakfasts were an added bonus. We’ll definitely be back.

“A bit outside the old town but great value and worth it”

We stayed at Stages Hotel Prague for 3 nights during our Prague visit. We chose the hotel due to our Marriott Bonvoy status, the significantly lower price compared to central old town hotels and the obvious modern and new look of the hotel during booking. We arrived to the hotel at 23:45. The reception staff were very efficient to check us in and send to our room. We found the check in experience a bit cold and there was no clear acknowledgement of Marriott Bonvoy status as most hotels do. They simply asked “do you want breakfast or 1000 points?” as the only acknowledgement. When we entered the room; there were two cups of lovely desserts as a welcome present which was greatly appreciated. However, considering the dessert had a creamy element and sweet, we would have expected that it should have been refrigerated and covered for contamination. For this reason, we didn't feel easy to eat it to avoid food poisoning. Apart from this small issue, the room was gorgeous. It was a lot larger and more spacious than we expected with a huge bed (which was a bit too firm), a great bathroom. It was designed in a simplistic way but contained everything you could need. The TV contained plenty of channels and you could connect your phone to cast streaming channels of your own. The bathroom toiletries didn't smell of anything but good quality. Most importantly, every corner of the room was spotless clean. Truly impressed. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The food items didn't particularly feel fresh and left little to look forward for the next day. The restaurant was also crowding quite a bit and made you realize the size of the hotel. While looking so empty when you are going to your room, as soon as you get to breakfast, you realize how many people actually stay there. Locationwise, the hotel can't get any better if you are in Prague for an event at the O2 arena. The location is still pretty good if you don't mind taking a 20-25 minute metro or tram ride to reach to touristic attractions. Considering how cheap and well connected prague public transport is, it was really no big problem to get to the city from the hotel with 3 different routes we used. Overall, we found the hotel truly good value, being particularly impressed with the ease of reach to old town on the metro. The breakfast could be improved a bit especially in the freshness and taste of offered food items. We would definitely consider staying here though considering the price and value that you get from this hotel.

The hotel is a bit faraway from the centre but it is accessible by tram and train and buses. The lobby is airy and relaxing with plenty of seats on. It has a small piano and some laptops that you can use. The dining area is airy and spacious. It has musical instruments around, drums, piano and guitars on the wall. Staff are nice and efficient. The best is our room, huge apartment with adjoining rooms, each room has tv😊. With balcony, dining table, mini bar, fridge and with wines. Bathroom is huge. It is clean and modern hotel and affordable price.
