“Really nice stay”
This is a lovely hotel situated so close to the city centre. The staff were super helpful and my room was very comfortable. I had a slight issue when there was some kind of power cut and there was nobody available to advise what was happening. However that wasn't necessarily the fault of the hotel

“Rude Receptionist of the Year Award”
“Room 12, you have to pay!” The shout came from across the lobby, as we were leaving for breakfast. Slightly embarrassed, we approached the receptionist, a middle-aged woman with dark hair. “Pretty basic but not bad.”
When we booked some months before, they didn't have a room left in this building so offered us one in Margarita Pension, 50 metres down the road.
