The hotel is superbly located, just literally at the skislope Kramolin ( Lipno ). So if you ant to go skiing here, nothing comes close. Parking is superb as well. Facilities like the 24/7 supermarket and the delightful paitssierie are simply very very helpful and located within a few steps of the entrance...literally there. The hotel has a very nice storage faculty for prams, skis and equipment so you dont have to lug all the unto your room all the time. The hotel is very fresh and modern and the rooms are very sound proof...so its very very well though out for stays with kids. Toilets are accessible even from the parking outside just incase. Location, quality and even the breakfasts are really magnificent. There are some downsides though, they they shouldn't effect your stay. Despite being so well thought and made, the wonders obviously didn't invest in personal as much. They can be rather unpleasant. Mostly youngsters, the lesser you interact with them, the happier you will be. The place is designed for a seamless stay, so even the checkout can be done without any interaction....but as hotel stays go, there is always something that happens....This is a hotel that wasnt to make money at literally each step and that begins to show. 1) The booking and confirmation clearly says all taxes included yet I was forced to pay a lot more than was charged... be prepared top pay extra city taxes....despite wha the confirmation says, they will argue all night to say( despite not one being a native English speaker ) that your booking is incorrect and all taxes are extra. Thats a bit unpleasant as the booking clearly said, all was included. 2) The breakfast, wonderful as it is, is just across the building in the restaurant opposite. Its just a few metres really but what is horrible is that the restaurant being empty, still they shove you into the basement ( the former rental area ) where there are no windows and its really gets full with kids and families all eating like rats. Horrible. They stuff this area the size of a 3 car garage..the food is great but what a way to be eat. Not nice. Tables are usually full and the whole restaurant upstairs is still empty. Going up and down those stairs cant be nice if you're are senior citizens mind you or an expecting mother. Rather silly,...again cost cutting and money making. 3) In general the hotel for what is is is more the you will pay at a Countryard Marriott or similar in town. The location is great, you really cant blame them, but just letting you know. 4) The could at least make sure they TV channels in the rooms at least have something for kids. There was nothing there and when you have kids, that can be a bother. 5) Parking isnt free though on site, but they are rather nice about late leaving yes.

“Cute”

Very cute and cozy hotel, good thing that they had kids playground, very nice food at sodlot (or something). Nice place. It is awesome that they had two blankets for two people instead of one for two. Shower was a little bit too strong but still 4 stars

“One Night Eurotrip Pit Stop”

Great hotel for a quick stay. Super friendly staff. Parking on site. Minimarket, bakery, restaurant, animation, playground on site. Rooms small but very clean. No air-con in the rooms. Breakfast with fresh produce.
