“Superb”
The location is beautiful, the hotel is built in an old alcohol factory, it is close to the old center, it has a pleasant inner courtyard, it has its own parking. The rooms are modernly furnished and the breakfast is very good and rich like in a 4 star hotel.

“Nice little town of Telč”
I think its the biggest hotel in the Town of Telč. Situated near the historical center, the hotel provided with all needs for a traveller for reasonable price. The only downgrade is the restaurant - the food and service was awful.
