Stayed 2 nights at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Arena over Easter 2026. The reason for choosing this hotel was that we had concert tickets to Copenhagen Arena and the hotel is just a short walk away. The hotel is new, so all the rooms and bathrooms are in good condition. The rooms have a nice size and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but has all you can ask for. The hotel is also located right next to Fields - Denmarks largest shopping mall. The Metro is 200 meter away and 6 stops later you are at Kongens Nytorv right in the center of Copenhagen.

Bland but serviceable hotel We stayed here at the end of our Denmark trip and it was unremarkable. After receiving wonderful service and experiences elsewhere in our trip, this stood out for being simply "fine." We booked a room for three people and it was comfortable and clean. Not too cramped even for a city hotel. The staff were fine. Other customer-facing people throughout our Denmark trip were welcoming, enthusiastic, and friendly. Staff here were blandly efficient. This place felt the most like I was receiving American customer service (not surprising given the brand)—acceptable but nothing notable. Breakfast was not included so we didn't bother paying for that-it's expensive and much cheaper to pop out to a cafe for a pastry and coffee in the morning. We had already done the bulk of our Copenhagen sightseeing from a different stay on our trip but this location was fine. It's close to the central station and therefore a good base for making day trips to other towns. It's also close to Tivoli and the Three Lakes. We preferred the vibrance and convenience of our earlier stay in Nyhavn. If you are booking because you are brand-loyal, FYI, I'm a Bonvoy Gold member currently and that didn't have any effect on this stay-no acknowledgment on check in, etc. Which is fine. I was brand-loyal on this booking and given that it didn't matter at all and that I am unlikely to make any status next year (so the points don't matter to me), I would have preferred booking something local. 89 ' Value Location

“Ok only for a short stay”

Room was quiet but the plain concrete walls and windows from floor to ceiling were not to my taste. Breakfast buffet was busy and not very spacious. Variety of items was ok with also non-lactose products available. Location is good with 5 min walk to metro, regional train station and shopping mall.… more

“Average Hotel with Pros and Cons”

It's near the Bella conference centre, although not as close as other hotels. My room was facing a highway. Stayed here to attend a conference, and it's a good 30mins walk to the Bella Center. It's near the Bella conference centre, although not as close as other hotels. My room was facing a highway. Stayed here to attend a conference, and it's a good 30mins walk to the Bella Center. The subway is close, and gets to downtown in just a few stops. It's also pretty close to the airport. Not much to eat around the hotel, but there's a mall halfway to the Bella Center. The room was small and pretty spartan / minimalist which is ok. Not much is provided in terms of toiletries and etc. Not even bottled water in the room. In terms of cleanliness it was alright. Breakfast area can get crowded since it's small, but thought the breakfast options were good. Check-in process is weird since it's literally a bar, and one minute the hotel employee was pouring a beer to some guests, and the next the same employee was processing my check-in. One thing I really disliked was the iron situation. I asked for an iron and they told me there's one in the basement and it couldn't be taken to the rooms. I went downstairs to find a mediocre iron and ironing board literally chained to the wall in a basement and the lights wouldn't even stay on since they had an automatic timer to turn them off. If you need to wear a suit, it might be pretty frustrating to iron shirts in these conditions. I tried it once on the first day, then gave up and bought a steamer at the nearby mall. Overall I'd say it depends on what you're looking for.

Very basic hotel,small rooms without bedside tables,no tea ,coffee facilities,no fridge just bare essentials . Staff competent and helpfull. Breakfast very boring ,basic ,no real choice. The only advantage of this is the proximity Royal Arena ,if you want to attend the concert or sport event ,2 minutes walk. Vert close to ORESTADT metro station ,also 50 meters to NETTO supermarket to make small shopping.
