Nice adventure, I wish we could have cheaper parking costs. Carpet should be renovated sooner than later. Maybe more hangers in showers & WC.

The room was too small for 6 people, it was impossible to move around the room if 3 people walked at the same time or wanted to get something from the cupboard. The room was too small for 6 people, it was impossible to move around the room if 3 people walked at the same time or wanted to get something from the cupboard. The pillows and mattress were so bad the bed almost collapsed. The sheets were not covered and we had to do it in the middle of the night. The cupboards under the bed were not wiped, they were dirty, even the garbage inside was not thrown away. The bath cover was not enough to block the water. The trash bin in the room was useless, the lid of the trash can shared with 6 people should have been automatic or foot operated instead of being opened manually. The garbage in the toilet was too small for 6 people, so the garbage was thrown on the ground. There was a strange and disturbing smell in the toilet. The room was not cleaned regularly, especially the toilet and bathroom need to be cleaned every day. There is no hair dryer in the room. Also, the toilet was constantly clogged. There was no socket in the shared bathroom on each floor. Especially for those who get ready early in the morning, a hair dryer is a nightmare. Therefore, both mornings (even though I stayed on the 5th floor) I was able to use the hairdryer in the shared toilet located on the common floor next to the reception floor. I have previously stayed at Generator in London, Hamburg and Barcelona. This is the first time I encounter such a bad facility.

“Cheap hotel pretending to be a hostel”

Cheap hotel with 6 dorm beds shoved in each room. Denmark is weird; it's expensive and hospitality appears to be "self-service". The staff clean but then just toss the sheets on the bed for you to make at whatever hour your flight arrives. There's almost always people trying to rest in the rooms ... more

Cheap hotel with 6 dorm beds shoved in each room. Denmark is weird; it's expensive and hospitality appears to be "self-service". The staff clean but then just toss the sheets on the bed for you to make at whatever hour your flight arrives. There's almost always people trying to rest in the rooms because other than the bar, there's nowhere to chill/relax/socialize. People smuggle food into the rooms because there's no communal kitchen. There's a bar on the 2nd floor and Generator seems to think this makes it a "social" atmosphere by default. 1/10 for security but will not stay again.
