“Brilliant Reception Team”
We stayed for a birthday trip, and had the most wonderful time. All the staff, especially at Reception, were kind and helpful. I can’t wait to come back again.

“Very pleasant stay”
Whole staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Location is super close to restaurant, bars, Metro and trains.

“Great location, good hotel”
Return visit to Kødbyen. Good location for us, a few minutes from the trains and nightlife just around the corner. Would encourage the breakfast restaurant to decide when they close. “Could use more comfortable pillows”
The pillows could definitely be improved, as they weren't very comfortable. However, the location was great and the breakfast was good and quite complete.

“Five days in Copenhagen”
The cleaning of the room didn't work at all for us. They have a "cleaning on demand" system. Nothing was mentioned about that at check-in.
