“Not for the romantic weekend, but a great budget alternative”
You get what you pay for. This is a cheap, old hotel, so I wouldn't book a romantic weekend here. It's a bit worn and quirky, but personally I choose to say: "it's got character". “Needs a refurbishment”
Central location, close to station, helpful staff. Breakfast gets very busy, limited continental choices. Room (hotel in general) needs updating, awful lumpy pillows! No tea/coffee facilities in room. Trams right outside window. Recommend Cafe Kosmos for vegan food.
