B&B Hotel Vejle

I had booked 2 twin rooms at this hotel for my family of 2 adults and 2 teens and we stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are VERY small. You can only open 1 luggage on the luggage rack and the other is standing on the floor. Room is clean. No kettle and they provide paper cups should you need it. However I realise that there was very limited lighting, room was dim and if you want to brighten the room you need to angle the led lights on the side of the bed up and out so that the room is lighted up. All in, this place suited our needs as this was our base to go Legoland and LegoHouse. I informed the reception that I did not need any cleaning since we were only here for 2 nights. They also very kindly put both rooms next to each other as I had requested it a few weeks prior arriving so that it's much easier to walk to and fro. No keys but digital locks so you need to remember the 4 number pin code to get in and out of the room. I am not sure whether after the hours, you need the pin code to get in from the main entrance as we were back by 5pm for both days. This place is super near the train station ( walking out and to the hotel was .. 3 minutes? 5 minutes tops if you stand and look at google maps to give you a sense of direction) and the bus terminal to billund and other places is just opposite B&B hotel. The Entrance to the hotel is facing the car park for those who will be wondering where. It is very near a shopping district as well, i think the street is called Torvegade which leads on to Norregade - which we went to walk after leaving our luggage at the hotel as we arrived before check in time. There is also a rather big shopping center nearby called Bryggen? And opposite there was a cafe called Lido Cafeen which served pretty good danish fare. Reception was friendly and awesome. helped store our luggage in a free room whilst we went to walk. Breakfast is very limited so don't expect anything but sufficient to fill one's tummy with a coffee, some bread and good old nutella! There was some cold cuts in a small fridge that you can help yourself to. The breakfast area is very small. At the very most is 20 pax so once you have eaten your fill, do go so that other guests can have their meal too. There really is no space for you to "lounge". For a short 1 to 2 nighter this place is great. It is super convenient and the location is the winner. Also friendly staff at the reception. :) However if you feel you need more space, then you would have to find alternatives as the room is small.
