“Fine for us”

We booked the hotel for about a week. Rooms were fine, one time my door lock was broken but reception was quick to fix it. We booked the hotel for about a week. Rooms were fine, one time my door lock was broken but reception was quick to fix it. Sadly both beds in my room were broken - beds creaked horribly, so if u moved it would make a lot of noise which was annoying. Sadly they couldn’t fix the beds but they offered me another room which was very kind :) I can’t recommend to open up the windows at night, since there was a lot of noise outside, also we had 4 hornets in our bedroom… :/ so u better keep the windows closed at night Breakfast was pretty good, u get all kinds of stuff (Waffles, cereal, bread, scrambled eggs, coffee and so on) We can’t say anything about dinner, since we always ate somewhere else. When u first check in u get a ticket for a free drink of your choice, though we couldn’t really use it since you could only hand them in during lunch and we were always out exploring the cities during the day. The pool was so far clean, tho the whirlpools were very very hot, u couldn’t stay long in them so a few degrees cooler would’ve been nice in my opinion. All in all a nice hotel! :)

“Nice hotel in forrest surroundings. ”

As we payed a upgrade to the second floor, I can o ly say that the standard room miss several things which we would miss. The second floor room was prefect with everything one could need. The restaurant is quite expensive and with few food elections. Whatever the lobby bar has some good tasting … more

As we payed a upgrade to the second floor, I can o ly say that the standard room miss several things which we would miss. The second floor room was prefect with everything one could need. The restaurant is quite expensive and with few food elections. Whatever the lobby bar has some good tasting sandwiches etc... You come by car, as bus connections to Vejle is non existing. The surroundings offer nice forrest walks. The reception a little distancing, but OK. Our reservation over Booking com was disgusting. Their "machine " did not have the least understanding for a visa cart problem. 2 days before our comming, they told us the reservation for 4 days definitely was canceled 🤬 Never again through booking com.

“A bit old fashioned”

The hotel is a bit old fashioned. Very classy old fashioned in the bar and public spaces, only old fashioned in the room. We had booked a family room, and after the sleeping couch was pulled out, one could hardly move over to open the balcony. I never understand why tooms like that ate offered as ‘… more

The hotel is a bit old fashioned. Very classy old fashioned in the bar and public spaces, only old fashioned in the room. We had booked a family room, and after the sleeping couch was pulled out, one could hardly move over to open the balcony. I never understand why tooms like that ate offered as ‘family rooms’ - isn’t it obvious that you need more space when travelling as a family, not less? Also, the bed made out of the sleeping couch was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was great, and - again - the public spaces offered cosy corners.
