Generally a good stay, though as a previous poster commented, the hotel takes the Ryanair approach of charging for any extras. Want to use the spa as a hotel resident, borrow a hotel umbrella, need slippers/flip-flops for the spa, pay by non-Danish credit card, or worse, Amex - there's an extra fee… more
