“Mixed Experience”
I have a mixed experience with this place. First of all, there was a parking ticket to go to the hotel; a one time payment with stamp from the receptionist. I find it kind of odd with this system. “Love their facility but not happy with their service”
This is my several stay in Senyum, i keep coming back due to their kids facilty. One of the best in Batu, they have everything to keep kids occupied. But the same bad thing remain. 1.
