The Hotel is very well located, near the harbour, good restaurants around, near a large shopping center and with easy access to the bus station (15minutes drive). The room is clean and very confortable, with a large bed, good hot shower and view to the ocean. At the hotel's restaurant you can choose a large variety of breakfast, from the traditional local 'triguillo' to more standard western food and healthy (natural) options. Oh, from the restaurant we could watching the harbour and pacific ocean! The staff is super helpful, they speak good English and helped me to solve some personal issues. I could park my car in a safe closed parking lot, at the hotel. If you are planning to visit Manta for a beach trip or for a business metting, i strongly recommend Perla Spondylus!

“Great value for Manta”

We only stayed one night. Room was very clean, beds comfortable and complimentary breakfast the next day was very good. It is very modern but very cozy as well. They scheduled my transfer from airport and the staff was very efficient. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay. Not sure about a… more

They scheduled my transfer from airport and the staff was very efficient. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay. Not sure about a long stay as we didn’t use any of the facilities.

“Comfortable sleep in Manta.”

This hotel is a good value for the price. Four of us stayed 5 nights in two rooms. Central location. Quiet. Good breakfast options. Helpful staff. Clean. Not fancy, but adequate. Plenty of pillows. Good WiFi. Hot water. Good security.

Questionable. I have mixed emotions. While the hotel appears very modern (especially for Manta), the staff is so uniformly not trained from one to the other that it is a hit or miss on whether you are getting good service or bad. While modern, not enough outlets, lighting in the bathroom, etc., make this a real case of "judge the book by its cover". It is close to the port, easily accessible, etc. Yet, I can't get over the "telling you one thing, but it never happens" or "being told different stories by different staff members". Certainly not worth the price paid. So, I guess it is sort of like driving a car that looks like a "luxury" vehicle, but in reality a 4 cyl engine with a nice paint job. As for specifics, well here goes. The breakfast is great. Good dining room. Room is zero on outlets, no lighting above the bathroom sink, no place to put anything in the bathroom. Don't know about room cleaning: they never showed up, although I did find remnants of the last guest in the bathroom when I checked in. Forget laundry service - - i was told multiple different stories by multiple employees - - none of which worked out. Restaurant food is good, but expensive. Restaurant staff very friendly, well trained and helpful. Price is too high for the quality of the stay. Price is fair for the quality of the facility. Wifi is good. TV went out on second day.
