“Amazing Hotel Great Budget”

Great Hotel. Staff very friendly. Remodeling process during my stay but didnt affect at all the service. Great food in the restaurant with a great feeling. Rooms are very spacious with quality accomodations. LOVED the tub in the bathrooms, wife did not want to leave.

Having arrived late at night after driving into Quito from Colombia with no reservations I actually just stumbled onto this hotel. Very clean rooms, friendly staff with some speaking some English, good breakfast included, best of all free secure parking for my Colombian registered car. This hotel suited my needs and although I originally planned to stay one night I extended it to 2 nights. Very comfortable beds, great pillows and quiet comfortable and as other have commented on they have very large generous rooms! I recommend and I will stay again when in Quito!

I stayed in the same room on the second floor for three non-consecutive nights during an 11-day trip to Ecuador. The spacious wood themed room featured a large, flatscreen television and (as would be expected in an urban setting) a strong wifi signal. The neighborhood unlike other places I’ve stayed in Quito seemed very quiet. Unlike a few members of my group, I did not experience any difficulties with the hot water supply. The choices for the breakfast buffet were adequate, and the staff at the front desk helpful and very accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel toward the end of a study abroad trip with high school students. The room was clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast was substantial with some lovely, hot rolls. One negative is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Although the outside temperature was in the high 60's, the room was stuffy unless the window in the room and bathroom were open. Mosquitoes aren't a huge concern in this area, but since there were no screens it was a bit of a worry. And, the open windows increased the noise of the city. All that said, it was a great location where we felt safe and well cared for. Would stay here again.
