“Beautiful property and fantastic staff”
Amazing experience staying at hotel plaza grande. We were there for 3 nights and got upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was pretty awesome. “Wonderful Service & Location”
An incredible welcome after a 12 hour travel day. Every staff member is helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast included. We stayed in the Presidential Suite with three balconies on the Square - a special experience.

“At the limit of luxury and class”
This hotel has everything: location, colonial charm, views, the most attentive and friendly staff (particularly Vinicio and Alexander), a level of service that goes way beyond the average and opulent rooms and amenities. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Pure class in Quito.
