“Great location and service!”
Great location and service! The only downside was the 2 flights of steps that one has to take to get to the 2nd floor rooms, although the porters do the work, but it makes the place not easily accessible to all (there are few rooms on the ground floor, though!)

“Best smelling hotel ever!”
This hotel smells fabulous! I love the idea of the voucher for a welcome drink - a nice touch. Lovely large suite, looking out to the waterfall. The staff were very helpful, nice pool and spa, great breakfast

“Basic hotel in Banos”
Sangay hotel is well situaties near the hotspring and waterfall at Banos, the hotel has various types of rooms. I had a room in a kind of bungalows at the same level as the pool. The room is very basic but clean. There is no A/C and in day time the room get’s rather hot.
