“Amazing gardens and pool”
Stayed here in January 2026 and was very impressed with the hotel, the gardens and the staff. The rooms in the Winter Pavillon are good quality with nice large balconies. Breakfast was plentiful. “In need of refurb”
This part of the hotel plus the main winter palace will be closing soon reopening next year as a mandarin oriental. I had a prestige suite. Which was large enough but clearly needed a refurb.
