Let me start with what really matters: this is not a flashy, overhyped resort. It’s calm, well-managed, and genuinely focused on guest experience. You can feel that everything here is thought through. The staff is exceptional. Not “hotel nice”, but genuinely warm, attentive, and human. Special thanks to Karim for keeping the room spotless and making our stay easier. Also big appreciation to the Shazly Nubi lifeguard/recreation team — great energy, always present, never intrusive. Food is very good, and what we appreciated most is flexibility. Traveling with a baby makes it difficult to attend fixed dinner times, and the team handled this with understanding and kindness. We never felt like we were “causing a problem” — which, unfortunately, is not always the case in resorts. The atmosphere is what really makes this place stand out. Quiet, relaxed, no chaos, no unnecessary noise. You can actually rest here. Overall: if you’re looking for a loud, party-style resort — this is not it. If you’re looking for quality, calm, and a place that simply works — this is one of the best choices in Egypt. Now, if I really try to find downsides (and I mean really try), mostly from a “traveling with an infant” perspective: – the mattress in our room felt quite worn, with a noticeable dip from previous use – doors (both main and terrace) can be quite loud – some furniture isn’t padded, so it can make noise – small stones around the pool area can be slightly uncomfortable barefoot To be fair — these are minor details and don’t change the overall experience. We would absolutely come back.

“Better and better every time”

Another visit to this hotel. The main pool is currently under renovation, but the area is well isolated, and other services are available to guests, so there is no inconvenience. We can only appreciate all the improvements being made at this hotel.

We've stayed at this hotel several times now. As always, we were completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food is great, beautiful sandy beach, quiet resort, clean rooms - just a perfect spot for divers and snorkelers - a Home away from Home.

“Very disappointed. Downgraded service standards.”

Very disappointed. This is our 3rd visit and the service has deteriorated significantly since the 1st and 2nd. Too few staff, too few sun loungers, some staff argumentative or rude others saying they would fix a problem but didn’t. We won’t be back.
