Clean room. Expensive added price for parking. Good location. The room was very cold, I mean very cold!! And nothing to do with that. The breakfast quite okay but too basic. The restaurant closes too early and there's nothing to do after 9pm.

I spent two nights in the luxury suite vacation home. The suite was spacious, quiet and decently clean, althoug the shower room was a bit run down. I'm glad they allowed pets (with extra charge). Some coffee and tea were available for the customers in the kitchen. For a luxury suite, there could have been some more amenities in the room, such as milk to be used with the coffee. The spa was okay, but not too large: one big pool, a kids' pool, a small cold/icy pool and some hot tubs. Two saunas in the female side: a steam sauna and a tradtional Finnish sauna. There had been what looked like recent-ish renovations. One minus was the hassle in the breakfast room. The breakfast was full of people, with a long line to the only main buffet lineup everyone used. Seemed like there could be a need for another lineup. The breakfast room was also a bit noisy. It's located near the reception, where there are also another restaurant and a kiosk. This area could perhaps be made more calm: people come there to relax, but the reception and breakfast room are now a bit stressful. In the luxury suite vacation home, you also were required to take the rubbish out, wash your dishes and gather the towels and the sheets to the shower room floor when you left the resort. This might be a specialty that applies only to the vacation home type of rooms but not to the hotel rooms. Anyhow, for a luxury suite, it'd also be nice if this wasn't the customers' responsibility. Perhaps it's also on me for not having read the conditions clearly, as this came as a bit of a surprise to me on the day we were leaving and then I was in a hurry to wash the dishes.

Stains in double bed's mattress. Stain's in decoration pillows... - old fashioned Children, age 7 and 4, liked to swim at the pool area. It was very plain, but ok, bit old fashioned. More showers would be good so that people don't have to queue. Breakfast was ok but quite plain.

“Not more than average - breakfast terrible”

Stayed here with family in July 2022 for one night. Had a familyroom allowing also our dog, room 178. Room was spacious (two bedroom apartment), own patio, big bathroom and sauna. Stayed here with family in July 2022 for one night. Had a familyroom allowing also our dog, room 178. Room was spacious (two bedroom apartment), own patio, big bathroom and sauna. Patio is old and not taken care of but otherwise the room was OK. Tidy and good for a family with a dog since you could access the yard and go for a walk with the dog through the patio. The spa and pools were crowded and did rally not offer anything special. One big pool and some hot tubes. As regards the breakfast - cannot recommend it at all: coffe the cheapest brand tasting bad, no fresh frukt except of whole apples and som kiwifruits that you need to peel yourself. Bread taken from the freezer, due to which some of it was dry. Pancakes industrially made etc. All in all I would rate this experience with one star only since the breakfast included nothing extra but felt more like a mass feeding. This continues to surprise me since the hotels - generally - could with quite a small effort make the breakfast experince so much nicer for their guests. Why not offer special coffe, clean tables, nicely set food, and that something special for the guests? Also the breakfast was quite messy at 9.30 in the morning.
