I was visiting in Sokos Hotel Lakeus one night in end of June. Hotel was fully booked because Music Festival Provinssi Rock and check-in took more time than usual but I think they still managed ok. Lakeus was a nice surprise, the best or at least one of the best Sokos hotels I've stayed in. Renewed, modern and clean room with a small certified sauna in room. Bathroom small, but functional. “Good location for business in Seinajoki”
Good location in close proximity to the train station, ample parking and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Clean, modern room and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is good with fresh food and good coffee.

The hotel has been recently renovated and our room was very modern. The in-room sauna was a nice surprise, though i am not sure how much demand there is for it. “Visit to Seinäjoki town”
If you travel with a dog, I would not recommend this hotel. Your dog is not allowed anywhere near the restaurant, so you can’t have your meals at the hotel. We were a group of six people, fortunately we managed to find a dog friendly restaurant elsewhere in the city.
