Had a comfortable stay in the Callisto building. Found the staff helpful and pleasant. Getting around was fine once mastered the network of car parks, lifts and stairs. Generally positive, although it felt like there were opportunistic practices in-play by the staff. Every request (room location, pool use, extra night) was an opportunity to sting us for the maximum they felt they could get away with, rather than trying to help their guests.
