Very cozy family run hotel, short walking distance to the city , restaurants and even gondola (Both sides) although the owner can takes you there. Service with a smile 11 out of 10 . Don't expect fancy place but very very warm and cute which is by far more pleasant to stay. Reach Breakfast

We stayed one night as we were visiting family. We were able to check in early, although we did not request it in advance. We had a party of 8 coming for dinner with special diet requirements. The hotel took the necessary steps and we had a wonderful evening. The staff was very friendly. The pool/sauna/hammam is a great advantage. We had a renovated room with beautiful views on the mountains. We do not eat breakfast, so we could not comment. However we got charged for it. When I noticed it I sent and email and we got reimbursed right away. So all in all we highly recommend this family-run hotel.

“Perfect stay for skiing in Winter or hiking in Summer”

We were a group of 9 seniors. I was in a standard room; very large and comfortable. We all appreciated the breakfasts and dinners. These were delicious, fresh and served with a smile. We also used the pool and Spa. By the way, the skibus stops right at the door of the hotel.

The room was modest with 2 beds and 1 small bed, but all was new. The bathroom nice. There were two traces of feet that remained like if the floor had not been properly washed. The room at the first floor was on the road and one could hear noises of cars from 6 am. I was charged 520 CHF per night in a high season as the system they adopt for kids is weird. We were 1 adult and 2 x11 years kids but we paid the forfait (defined inflexible) as if one of the kids was an adult. In addition the web site when you select animals by default considers one animal per person. We had only one small doc and we ended up being temptatively charged 225 for 5 nights. No one alerts you of this small tricks in the website not that the forfait was for 2 adults. They simply charged the maximum never alerting name and I realised this only during the stay. I noticed that our food was quite different even if the extachild forfait is 102 which should be quite sufficient for good food on a room that for the 2 adults about 400. Additionally they increased substantially the prize in the week of the school vacations. A three-star hotel resulted in a cost of about 3000 Euro for 5 nights for an adult, 2 eleven years old and 1 dog! In the evening, we would receive a soup and a main course but for the kids the meals were badly selected and at the second evening with an omelette combined with some barley I complained. Kids would not even have dessert. I had noticed the luck of care and an attitude from the waitress. When my kids received the soup the second night they would not have the cheese and bread crusts to put in the soup. I asked her to bring them and she said to divide mine with kids... Then I decided to complain. And instead of explaining and changing one of the kids as adult as I was charged for two adults I was only told that I could ask to change over the poor choice for kids that they would offer. But not that he could then eat the same meals as for adults. The evening after I got a cod fish that then was given by kids the day after. It was so raw that they did not want to eat it and my daughter felt sick the morning after. I decided not to complain further but I was also not feeling to eat as I found the meals not at all at the level of a Michelin for family restaurants. But I got really angry when in the bill I saw a tea billed 4.5 Euro and 2 balls of ice cream (which I asked one night instead of a more expensive dessert, when I also canceled desserts for other two nights) 7 Euro. During our stay there was one bag of tea in the room and in fact the tea I went to the supermarket to buy for not using theirs. I found this experience a real pity. You feel not like a respected client but someone to exploit to the bone. I appreciated the jacuzzi and swimming pool which were very nice and clean. But I will not come back and I am sure the owners will be happy of this. But do not take it as record of being an Hotel with style. You are not at the level.
