“Good rather than very good.....Reasonable overnighter”

Have stayed before, so I knew how to find the car park. Street parking is available, but was pretty full when we got there. Reserved a space ahead. Helpful staff. Reasonable room. Wifi OK. Average shower. Basically does what it says in the book

“Excellent budget apartment on tram and bus routes, walk uphill to centre”

We stayed her for two nights en route to the south, in order to explore Clermont and have a break from the road. It's a tidy uphill walk to the city centre but you can catch the frequent tram which stops near the hotel, or a bus round the corner. This is 'frills free' but a quite spacious apartment… more

We stayed her for two nights en route to the south, in order to explore Clermont and have a break from the road. It's a tidy uphill walk to the city centre but you can catch the frequent tram which stops near the hotel, or a bus round the corner. This is 'frills free' but a quite spacious apartment (sleeps four) with kitchen, crockery, cutlery etc and good privacy. The underground private parking with a lift straight to our floor was a main reason for choosing this particular aparthotel, there are several others nearby.

“Got all I need”

The studio was a bit small with a sofa bed, but the kitchen was fully-equipped. It was facing a rugby field next to Marcel Michelin Stadium so the view was open. The studio was a bit small with a sofa bed, but the kitchen was fully-equipped. It was facing a rugby field next to Marcel Michelin Stadium so the view was open. I liked it has its own car park and laundry room, definitely made our lives easier. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. Though it is not at the city center, there is a large shopping mall at the south-east so we could get some groceries and sim card at Orange.

“Tricky access on a Sunday”

The residence reception is closed on a Sunday. I had booked via booking.com and the residence sent the access codes very quickly. There is parking available (costs extra), however, make sure you reserve in advance. The hotel is next to the Rugby club, so check if there is a game on before you go. C… more

The residence reception is closed on a Sunday. I had booked via booking.com and the residence sent the access codes very quickly. There is parking available (costs extra), however, make sure you reserve in advance. The hotel is next to the Rugby club, so check if there is a game on before you go. Codes gave access to a lobby and then a post box, which actually contained all the keys for people arriving that day, in individual envelopes. Not sure how secure that was. Parking is at the rear of the property, so you have to go round the block to get there and use the fob provided to get in. There is a lift. Studio was quite well equipped. Wifi OK. Bed comfortable, but room was pretty warm as there is no air con. Reception was open the next morning. Most important thing is to take out your rubbish as you will be charged extra if you don't
