We stayed here with our family of three and really enjoyed the apartment. Nice swimming pool and wellness facilities. the apartment was clean and big enough for the three of us. if you want to have some space, take off 2 people from the advertised number of people. the shop in the site is very nice, and for the location, reasonably priced. Overall I would recommend this location to all people who need a top apartment reasonably sized in a great environment for summer mountain sports.

This is a good place for families. Our 3 bedroom appartment could have been a little bigger as it supposed to sleep 8 people. There was a well equipped kitchen and two good size bathrooms. Complementary toiletries not too generous so don't forget to bring your own. There is a little shop at the resort offering some take away food. Free bus takes you to the village to restaurants and shops. The skiing facilities are great for beginners and intermediate skiers, not many red or black tracks, but great for skiing with kids. The staff is polite and helpful, although most speak French only, no English, but this is normal in France. Nice sauna, but unfortunately only one was functional and it wasn't big enough to accomodate guests. Pool and jacuzzi Ok. Overall, it is a nice and convenient place to stay. We had a fantastic time.

“Isolated but great views.”

On arrival we were shown to a 3 bed apartment in the Mont Blanc block. Having stayed in many CGH properties we were a disappointed with the layout and size. This is an apartment that can accommodate 8 people and yet there was a single sofa for sitting on. Due to the late time we unpacked and after food went to bed. We were required to complete an inventory for the next day. We found several issues with the apartment, fridge seal broken, cupboard door fell off, wiring to the heated towel rail exposed. I attended reception with photos of the issues and they offered to move us immediately. We were shown an apartment in the newer section of the accommodation. Whilst still a 3 bed it must have been 50% larger, had 2 sofas plus other chairs and was in perfect condition. The views from the balcony were unbelievable. We chose to move and this took an hour or so but was the right decision for us. The accommodation states ski in ski out. This will depend which block you are in. Our new block required you to walk down 2 flights of stairs (in ski boots) in the internal garage and a 50 metre walk from there. Once at the ski run (short narrow blue leading to a wide open green) you were off and running. I think the correct classification would be door step skiing. There is a small shop on site for you to order bread. This is a must as the accommodation is 2 km outside the village and 175 metres higher. As such the town is not an easy walking distance. The free ski bus does stop at the entrance to the accommodation and runs once ever 20 mins until around 2000 hrs. If hiring ski equipment use the Skiset which is part of the accommodation block. Very professional and convenient. The spa facilities were clean and very pleasant, again a quick dash down those stairs and across the car park but the older apartments were closer. During our visit there was a large group renting several apartments, unfortunately they felt it was okay top return from the village in the early hours making all kinds of noise. The management were not happy with the group and the noise levels did drop towards the end of the week. One gripe would be the noise transfer between apartments. In our second location the apartment above us had 2 families with a number of young children, this meant furniture moving from 0600 waking those under their living space. The ski area was perfect for an older group. Motorway ski-ing on blues and reds through the trees. We were fortunate to have amazing conditions. Dump of snow before we arrived and then 6 days unbroken sunshine and no icy pistes. We would certainly return to the area again but may look at accommodation in the village. As nice as our second apartment was we felt we missed out on using the village to its full potential due to our isolation.
