“Perfection”
We have stayed at multiple 5 star properties in megeve, this is by far our favourite. Authentic, warm hospitality, incredible restaurant. The only suggestion to hotel, clean the outdoor spa and the indoor spa /tubs (and outside spa bit hotter)! Otherwise perfect stay, thank you

“Great rooms but no service in the restaurant and bar”
Beautiful rooms and excellent service in the skishop. Also, Ben is a gem for the hotel. But the service in the bar and in the restaurant is far from what is expected at a five star hotel.
